EQD Generator is a free tool created by Sir JayDomain and operated by EQDomain LLC, which is responsible for this site’s data. This Privacy Policy explains what information eqdomain.com collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. We are committed to collecting the minimum data needed to keep the site working and never selling your information.
1Quick summary
- No website accounts or email signups. The only form is the tester application (see section 3). Pages under eqdomain.app/app/ are for EQD Forge app accounts and are covered by the EQD Forge Privacy Policy.
- Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and cannot follow you to other sites.
- Cloudflare protects the site from attacks and helps it load quickly. Cloudflare may briefly process your IP address.
- When you select a headphone, your browser fetches measurement data from public Squig.link mirrors directly. We don’t proxy this.
- There is no cookie banner, because nothing here sets an analytics cookie. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
2Information collected automatically
When you visit eqdomain.com, the following may be collected:
IP address — your IP is briefly seen by Cloudflare (our content delivery network) and our web server in order to serve pages to you. Server logs are kept short-term for security and abuse prevention only. Cloudflare retains its own logs per its privacy policy.
Browser type, version, language, and operating system — sent automatically by your browser so the site can render correctly.
Pages visited — Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views with the referring site, general country-level location and browser type. It uses no cookies and no identifier that can be traced back to you, and it does not record which game, platform or headphones you choose in EQD Generator: those choices stay in your browser.
Referral source — if you arrived from a link (such as YouTube), the referring URL is logged.
3Information you provide
Tester application. When you apply to test EQD Forge on our tester page, we collect: your full legal name, your Discord username, that you are 18 or older and live in the United States, your state, your Windows version, whether you use Wave Link, the games and headphones you use, how often you can test, your Steam profile link if you give it, and any note you add. To check that applications come from the United States, our network provider tells us which country your connection appears to come from; we keep only whether it was the United States, never your IP address. If you give us your Steam profile link, we look at your public Steam profile to see which games you play and how long you have had the account, and we keep only the link.
We use this only to review your application and to contact you on Discord. Choosing testers is our legitimate interest, and that is why we handle this data. Your application is stored on our server and sent to a private channel on our Discord server that only our team can read; Discord stores it under its own privacy policy. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
Apart from the tester application, we do not collect anything you type into this site.
If you support us through Ko-fi, your payment is processed entirely by Ko-fi. We never receive your card or banking details.
If you use the EQD Forge app, your app account, including your profile at eqdomain.app/app/profile, is covered by the EQD Forge Privacy Policy, not this one.
4Cookies
EQDomain itself does not set its own cookies. The following third-party cookies may be set when you visit:
Analytics — none. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, so there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Cloudflare (__cf_bm, __cflb, cf_clearance) — bot detection, security, load balancing. Short-lived (30 minutes to 30 days). Set by Cloudflare.
YouTube — tutorial videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). No tracking cookies are set unless you click play on a video. If you do play a video, YouTube and Google may set cookies according to their own privacy policies. Lifespan variable, set by Google.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect site performance but will not prevent you from using EQD Generator.

We use the following third-party services to deliver the site. Each has its own privacy policy:
Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookie-free visit counts for this site, run by Cloudflare. No advertising features, no remarketing, nothing tied to your identity. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Discord — receives tester applications in a private channel that only our team can read. discord.com/privacy
Squig.link mirrors — your browser fetches headphone measurement files directly from public Squig.link community sites when you select a headphone. We do not control these third parties.
6Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
Apart from tester applications, we do not store personal information tied to you. If you applied to test, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your application at any time by writing to the address below. You also have these easy ways to control how your data is collected:
Nothing to refuse. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner and no choice to remember. If cookie-based analytics is ever added, this page will say so first and the banner will be back before it runs.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). EQDomain honors the GPC browser signal. Nothing here needs it today, and if consent-based analytics ever returns, GPC alone keeps it switched off. GPC is supported natively by Brave, DuckDuckGo, and Firefox (with the “tell websites not to sell or share my data” setting), or via privacy extensions in other browsers.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. EQDomain does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or for any other monetary or valuable consideration. Because no analytics or advertising cookies are set and nothing is shared for advertising, the opt-out requirements under California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Virginia (VCDPA) and other state privacy laws are met by default.
7Data retention
Server logs are kept short-term (typically 30-90 days) for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps only aggregated, anonymous page-view counts, with nothing tied to you.
Tester applications — if we do not accept your application, we delete it and its Discord message within 90 days of our decision. An application we have not decided on is deleted 180 days after you sent it. Accepted applications are kept with your tester record while you test.
8Children
EQDomain is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used EQDomain and you have concerns, contact us.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date at the top.
Latest change: we added how we handle tester applications (sections 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7).
