Get Dolby AtmosFor console players with a SteelSeries Arctis headset. Install SteelSeries GG on a PC to save your settings to the headset itself, then use the Arctis Companion app on your phone to control your headset from your couch.

Where you enter your EQD Generator console settings. Install GG on a PC, connect your headset by USB or its dongle, and save the EQ to the headset in its device settings. Sonar, also inside GG, changes sound on PC only, so its settings do not carry over to a console. Free.
